I’ve been skipping meals again.
And not whole meals, just bits of them.
Only eat 3/4 of the egg at breakfast.
Hide lunch in my clothes.
Pretend to eat the yoghurt.
Take advantage of mum being busy and don’t have dinner.
I don’t want to relapse but I don’t want to put on weight and I want to recover but I want to be skinny.
